- From I-275 take The Pier exit towards 4th Street North. Turn right at 5th Street North. Go one block to to 3rd Avenue. The Legal Building is on the corner of 3rdAvenue North and 5th Street North across from the Mirror Lake Public Library.
 
- From 4th Street North, turn right onto 3rd Avenue North and go one block to 5th Street North.
 
- Free 2-hour parking on either side of 3rd Avenue North between the Library and the Senior Center.
